I made a quick trip to Kroger yesterday, and found out about a Catalina that gives you $4 off your next order! This was completely by accident, so I don’t have any insider information about how many items you must purchase, but I can tell you what I did purchase so that you can duplicate my success (or perhaps even improve upon it, if you can figure out the exact item count trigger point). Here’s what I did:
I purchased 7 Smart Ones frozen items (in my case, all desserts 
)
I used the $1.50 off any 7 Smart Ones coupon from January’s All You Magazine (Expires 4/30)
I checked out at the self-checkout stand
And when I completed my transaction, just about the time I didn’t think I was getting any Catalinas on this trip (about 10 seconds after my receipt finished printing) I heard the Catalina machine kick in, and . . . jackpot! The Catalina that spit out said “Compliments of Heinz,” but this is a great coupon because it is good on any item(s), and not just Smart Ones. So I spent $12.39, and got back $4. $8.39 isn’t bad at all for 7 Smart Ones!
As I mentioned above, I just stumbled into this, so I don’t know if it’s regional (northeast Tennessee) or nationwide, but I definitely wanted to share!
