Lots of sites and brick-and-mortar establishments are already announcing their freebies and deals for Earth Day and Earth Week. Here’s a few that I’ve run across (or had emailed to me 
) thus far:
Right NOW:
Cafe Press and iVillage partnered to offer a free tote (though you must pay $1.50 s&h). There is also a contest you can enter, to win an eco-vacation, but entry is not mandatory (just look for the link at the bottom of the screen that says “still get your FREE bag.”
Every day in April, at noon PDT (that’s 3pm for us easterners), EarthBound Farms is giving away 4,000 free totes. You have to answer a quiz correctly, and others have already covered this better than I. Check out Frugally Thrifty’s post for the details.

Babies R Us: Free tote, PLUS an extra 25% off all the clothing and shoes you can fit in it! Printable coupon here. This offer is valid from April 9th through the 22nd.
Walmart: Free SunChips sample on April 17th. Go here to see if your Walmart is participating.
Target: Free reusable shopping tote with purchase on April 18th. Limited to the first 1.5 million chainwide, although you’d naturally be limited by how many totes your particular store has on hand.
Earth Fare: Free tote to the first 200 customers in each store on April 22nd. They are also eliminating plastic grocery bags in their stores on that date.
Pottery Barn Kids: Free plant of some sort on April 22nd. They say it’s “while supplies last,” but make no mention of how many each store will have.
Walgreens will be offering $1 inkjet refills on April 22nd. Look for the coupon in their 4/18 newspaper insert.
