Now, for the lowdown on the inserts…the SmartSource inserts for the two papers were almost identical this week, with one exception; the Knoxville paper got coupons for Systane, I-Caps and Opti-Free, while the BHC did not. There was considerably more variation between the two papers’ RedPlum inserts, and for once, this seemed to be an good thing! Instead of the KNS having lots of coupons and the BHC only having a tiny handful, they each had about the same number, and each had slightly different Qs.
